A return to the body as a place of deep knowing.

My work lives in the space between the practical and the poetic.

Below are glimpses into the forms it takes. Each one an invitation to return to yourself in a different way. Continue to my Offerings page to learn more about the shape this work can take-grounded, spacious, and made for where you are.

Altar Sessions

These sessions begin not on the table, but at a shared altar. You’ll be invited to pause, breathe, and make a small offering. Perhaps something physical either gathered from your pocket or the earth, or a dedication of intention.

From there, we move into a session shaped by what you need, whether that’s grounding, release, rest, or reflection. I draw from somatic bodywork, craniosacral therapy, and subtle ritual to support the nervous system and invite reconnection. Nothing is rushed. Everything is welcomed. Sessions end with a journal prompt to allow for deeper integration.
🌿 One free Altar Session is available each Studio Day. Reach out if you feel called to receive it.

Sound and Stillness

Sound baths, 1:1 sound therapy, and guided meditative rest—each one an offering for nervous system repair and deep inner listening. These sessions create space for the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the subtle parts of you to be heard. Sometimes paired with touch or imagery, always held with care.

Studio Days

Every other week, I offer sessions out of a peaceful space in Atwater Village. These in-person sessions are slow, intuitive, and tailored to what’s needed that day—whether that’s massage, Craniosacral Therapy, sound, or a gentle blend. A pause in the rhythm. A return to the body.

About Me

Hi, I’m Anika 💗
I hold space for rest, reconnection, and transformation through touch, sound, and subtle ritual.

After years of searching outside myself, I found practices that brought me back to my own body. To presence. To something steadier and more true.

Now, I offer these tools to others, to those seeking a gentler way to be here. A softer landing in the midst of it all.

I work in Los Angeles and online, creating slow, intentional spaces for people to return to themselves. To feel what’s underneath. To remember what matters.
